お世話になっております。本日初めて登録させていただきましたものでございます。
自分のブログ上にあるhttp://bringhappinessdotnet.wordpress.com/ のアドレスを有料の.net や .comに変えるにはどうしたらよいでしょうか？
登録時に入力したクレジットカードではエラーになりましたので次回はペイパルを使う予定です。Hello, my name is Kaori Ballard and I am very new to this website.
The issue I am having is how to change my website address which is now http://bringhappinessdotnet.wordpress.com/, but I would like to get rid of ” worldpress.com” at the very end. Now, I do understand it is going to be additional fee to this and it is fine for me. As I was at register page, I tried to pay through my credit card, but it did not work. I guess it’s because my card was not issued in Japan, but the address I put was in my home address in Japan. So, I am going to use Paypal to pay the additional fees or anything comes up. Since I am Japanese, I would have much better understanding in Japanese, so if anyone writes Japanese or actually Japanese assistance would be very helpful. Hi, Thank you very much to reply me back Ms. timethief and Ms. Grace. Actually, here is some issue. So, I purchased private domain which was $26 deducted from my account yesterday, but I would want to cancel it and get refunded the payment I already made.
On website, it said that they can refund me within 2 days from the day I bought, so I was kind of in rush because I was afraid they did not refund me. Also, I was supposed to receive email and confirm that I want to cancel otherwise, the request is not completed, and I have not yet to receive the mail. And, I think someone speaks Japanese should get back to me but no one did yet either. I am so confused.
I don’t mind if I could get help here or in Japan, but I want to make sure that my request of cancel the domain which wassmile-face-happy-life.bizand get the refund in my account. Thanks alot. -
You have to cancel it yourself on the Upgrades page of the dashboard. If you hover over the upgrade, the Refund button should appear.

I already have pressed the cancel button, and it said check your email to confirm your cancellation. But I have never receive any from wordpress.com(Jap side) except you guys.
If I dont get the confirmation email, I have no way to make it confirm so they never proceed my request. Is there any way that you guys contact with the stuff in Japan? -
